Evan's 11 month updates

Evan just turned 11 months old. He seems more like a toddler than a baby these days. His newest "trick" he learned is to blow kisses. He also has been walking quite a bit and we think he should be running around by Christmas. Last night we had his first parent-teacher conference at daycare and we were proud to find out that he on track with all of his developmental milestones and ahead in some areas as well. He will be transitioning to the toddler room in January. This also means he will soon be off of baby food, formula, and bottles, down to one nap a day, and has to wear shoes. We may struggle a little with the transition to shoes since I can't get him to keep his socks on! I still can't believe it was a little less than a year ago that our little man came into our lives. I know everyone always says it but it is true, they really do grow up so fast. We are looking forward to Evan's first birthday bash and his 2nd Christmas along with all of the shopping that goes along with both.
