Evan's 9 month updates

Evan just turned 9 months old and he seems to be on his way to walking. On Sunday he stood up on his own and then just today he took his first step. I guess it is time to move on to the next stage of baby proofing the house. Evan also recently learned to clap, wave, and can be "so big!" However, my favorite new thing is that he has said "Mom" a couple times. The first time I heard it was last week and then over this past weekend I had actually had witnesses (my sister and brother) who also thought he said it. I never thought those words would melt my heart as they did when I heard it coming from my baby boy. Parenthood is awesome and I can't wait for his next adventure.
